JELLY PIE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. jelly (any kind)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the butter and sugar together. Separate the eggs and add the yolks, then the jelly, milk, and vanilla. Add last the egg whites beaten stiff. Pour into an uncooked pie crust and bake like custard pie. If the jelly is very sweet, less sugar may be used.
