KARBONADER 
1 lb. ground pork
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3-4 tbsp. bread crumbs
Flour
Salt & pepper
Butter for frying

Mix the meat with the spices, parsley, salt, egg and bread crumbs. Separate the meat into 4 portions. Make each portion into a ball. Flatten each ball with your hand. Use a knife to criss cross the top of each karbonade while holding its shape with the other hand. Turn the karbonader in the spiced flour. Brown the butter in a frying pan and brown the karbonader. Turn down the heat and fry for 6 minutes on each side.
