HOT FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir all ingredients together and pour into 8 x 8 inch square pan, ungreased. Sprinkle on top: 1/4 c. cocoa

Mix these together. Then pour 1 3/4 cups hottest tap water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into squares. Place slice of cake on individual serving plate, top with vanilla ice cream and pour spoonful of "hot fudge" from bottom of pan over ice cream.
