CABBAGE BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 sm. head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt (to taste)

Brown hamburger. Drain as much fat as possible. In large casserole, place 1/2 of hamburger and 1/2 of cabbage. Sprinkle with 1/2 of salt. Repeat with rest of hamburger, cabbage and salt. Spoon tomato soup over top. Do NOT add liquid. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until bubbling and cabbage is tender.
