ANYTIME SALAD DRESSING 
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
2 eggs or 1
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil or to desired thickness

FRENCH:

Add 1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. of honey to taste
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
Fresh onion

Blend together salt, vinegar, and egg. Then slowly add oil 1 tablespoon at a time until desired thickness. This must be done slowly so as not to have it separate. If this should happen start over with egg and add a little at a time until it thickens. For French add other ingredients and a little more salt. Good on sandwiches and on salad or anything.
