EGGNOG RING JELLO 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. rum flavoring, optional
3/4 c. canned eggnog
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
1 can (8 oz.) pear halves
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry or raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/4 cup cold water and extract. Measure 3/4 cup gelatin, add eggnog. Pour into 6 cup ring mold. Chill until set, about 25 minutes. Drain fruits, measuring syrup. Add water to make 3/4 cup. Dice pears.

Dissolve red Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add measured liquid and remaining lemon gelatin. Chill until thick. Add pears and spoon into mold over eggnog mixture. Arrange oranges near edge of mold, pressing down lightly. Chill 4 hours.
