CHINESE BEAN SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced 1/2 c. sliced onion rings 1/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. celery Combine beans, water chestnuts, and onion rings in a large bowl. Dissolve sugar in vinegar in a bowl with lid. Add remaining ingredients and shake well. Pour over beans. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Stir before serving. |
