CHEESECAKE IN A GLASS 
20 vanilla wafers
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. sour cream
1 c. your choice canned pie filling or sliced fresh fruit

In electric blender or food processor, crush cookies to make fine crumbs. Put in bowl and mix in butter. Press crumb mixture into containers, on bottom and part way up the sides; set aside.

In bowl beat cheese, sugar and juice, then sour cream. Spoon over crumbs. Chill 1 hour. Top with fruit and serve.
