CORN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. corn meal
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Mix honey, oil, eggs, and milk. Mix liquids into dry ingredients. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes.
