TRAIL BOLOGNA 
2 lb. deer burger
2 tbsp. Tender Quick curing salt
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 c. water and dash pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper corns, crushed

Mix and shape in long rolls. Wrap in waxpaper and refrigerate 24 hours. Remove wrapper and lay on pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
