SEA RANCH SALMON 
4 salmon steaks, 1 1/2 inches thick
6 tbsp. diced purple onion
1 tbsp. garlic salt
4 tsp. chopped parsley
8 oz. Ranch salad dressing
4 lemon wedges

Place salmon steaks in baking pan. Spoon 2 ounces Ranch dressing over each steak. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons diced onion, garlic salt and parsley over each steak. Then dribble juice of a lemon wedge over each steak. Add pepper to taste. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves immediately. Serves 4.
