NOODLE KUGEL 
8 oz. med. noodles
1 tbsp. oil
3 eggs
8 oz. creamed cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream or diet sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Corn flake crumbs

Cook noodles with oil to keep from sticking together; drain and rinse. In large bowl, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients except corn flakes. Mix well and pour into well greased 9"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle top lightly with 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees about 35 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 30 minutes. 8 to 10 servings. Will be brown and crispy. Cut down baking time if you like it lighter.
