PAT'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. milk
9 oz. non-dairy whipping topping, thawed
1/4 c. finely chopped peanuts

Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture. Pour into 9 inch graham cracker pie crust. Top with chopped peanuts. Freeze. Thaw 15 minutes before serving.
