BLUEBERRY - OAT MUFFINS 
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. blueberries
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, slightly beaten

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl add ingredients in order except blueberries. Mix well. Fold in blueberries. Put in lined or greased muffin pans. Sprinkle topping on them. Bake 18 to 22 minutes at 400 degrees.
