CRAB MEAT DIP 
1 lg. onion
2 shallots
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 lb. crabmeat
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cook all above ingredients for about 20 minutes on low heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve with crackers.
