NAOMI'S FISH CASSEROLE | |
2 cans mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sherry 1/2 c. milk 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. fish, cut up into bite size pieces 1/2 c. scallions, minced 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 3 c. seasoned croutons 2 cans water chestnuts, drained & sliced Mix soup, mayonnaise and sherry. Stir in milk. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour into 3 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Add cheese halfway thru baking. Can use more than 1 cup. May serve over rice. |
