PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. box pistachio pudding
3 eggs

Mix above for 3 or 4 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch flat pan (ungreased) at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Icing: Mix 2 small boxes pistachio pudding, 2 1/2 cups milk, 2 packages Dream Whip. Whip until thick. Ice cake when cooled. Keep refrigerated.
