PIZZA CRUST 
Dissolve 1 package yeast in 1 cup warm water. Add:

1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. oil
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Mix well and let stand, covered in a warm place about 5 minutes. Flour hands and roll out in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch rectangular pan. Top with favorite ingredients. Bake at 425 degrees until crust is browned (about 25 minutes).
