PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
Dash pepper-salt
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. minced onion
Pinch mustard

Mix and shape into balls, cover with 1 can of tomato soup mixed with 1 can of water (also you can use cream of mushroom soup). Simmer in covered pan in oven for 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
