PORKCHOPS WITH ORANGE AND
MUSTARD SAUCE
 
6 pork chops
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 garlic clove, crushed
Ground pepper

Brown chops 5 minutes. Each side in oil in large skillet over medium high. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over chops. Cover. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 20 minutes. Remove chops to platter and keep warm. Reduce liquid in pan to 1/4 cup. Drizzle over chops.
