BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
3 c. oatmeal
8 oz. chocolate chips

Combine butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, soda, salt, flour and oatmeal. Press 1/2 of mixture into jelly roll pan. Melt the chocolate chips; stir in sweetened condensed milk and melted butter. Pour this over the first mixture and put remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
