SCRAMBLED CABBAGE 
2 slices bacon & drippings
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. finely chopped cabbage
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat bacon and oil in large skillet. Stir in cabbage and all vegetables. Sprinkle sugar, salt and pepper over. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender. Stir once or twice during cooking.
