HOLIDAY POTATOES 
1 bag (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. plus 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. melted butter
Paprika for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together potatoes, 1 cup cheese, soups, onion, sour cream and melted butter in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 1 hour, until mixture is bubbly. Carefully remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Bake for 10 minutes more. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
