BRICKERVILLE HOUSE CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. oil
1 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Cream eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add oil and beat thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/3 cup boiling water and 1 cup cocoa. Add the cocoa mixture to the cream mixture and beat. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Blend until well mixed. Pour into 2 (9 inch) pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

PEANUT BUTTER ICING:

1 box 10X sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
Enough milk to make creamy & spreadable

Mix 10X sugar and 1/2 cup peanut butter and enough milk until creamy and spreadable. Beat thoroughly.
