1 lb. hamburger
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms
10 oz. Hungry Jack biscuits
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
6 oz. Mozzarella slices

Brown hamburger, drain. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.

In a 9x9 square pan or a pie plate, layer 1 (10 ounce) Hungry Jack biscuits, spread out to make crust. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese over crust, then 1/2 of the hamburger mixture. Layer 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, then 3 ounce Mozzarella slices, hamburger mix, rest of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Add rest of Mozzarella cheese slices. Bake 10 minutes more.
