1 pkg. orange Jello
1-1/2 c. hot water
2 c. mini-marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Cool Whip
Kraft Cracker Barrel Cheese

Mix Jello with 1-1/2 cups hot water; mix good. Add 2 cups miniature marshmallows, mix good and let congeal slightly. Add pineapple, nuts and mix well. Ice with Cool Whip and grate Kraft Cracker Barrel Cheese on top liberally. Congeal until real firm.
