ITALIAN CANOLIS 
1 loaf of frozen bread dough (makes 2 big Canolis)
1 lb. Italian sausage (or can use 1 lb. hamburger)
Whatever you wish to stuff them with (we use green peppers, onions, pepperoni, etc.)
Mozzarella cheese (inside & out)
1 jar spaghetti sauce (sm.)

Roll out thawed bread dough and cut it in half. Fry sausage and drain on paper towels. Spoon sausage onto dough, about 1/2 of it in each one. Add fillings of green peppers, onions, pepperoni, whatever you wish.

Add about a teaspoon of sauce before you seal the bread together. Pinch it all the way around to do this. Bake at 350 degrees or so until browned. After baking, cover with sauce and Mozzarella cheese and melt in microwave. Enjoy! Easy, but delicious!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
