SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. chopped, frozen spinach
1 pkg. Stove Top (chicken flavor)
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. bread crumbs
Salt, pepper, dry onions, and oregano to taste

Mix ingredients in order given. Refrigerate overnight. If too moist to roll, add more bread crumbs. Shape into balls; freeze on waxed paper placed on a cookie sheet. After frozen, place in plastic bags and put back into freezer until ready to serve. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
