ENCHILADA PIE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 med. clove garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1 med. can tomato sauce
1 lb. Longhorn cheese
1 lg. can tomato paste or puree
2 cans chopped olives
1 1/2 dozen tortillas

Fry meat. Season with salt and pepper. Add onion, garlic, chili powder, tomato sauce and large can of tomato puree. Simmer 20 minutes, add olives.

Line a large pan with tortillas. Cover with half of meat mixture. Sprinkle half of grated cheese on meat mixture. Add another layer of tortillas and repeat process, ending with cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
