BEACON HILL BROWNIES 
8 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
5 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. chopped walnuts

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Cool. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla in large bowl for 10 minutes. Blend in chocolate, add flour, just to blend. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cool in pan, cut into 24 to 32 squares. Frost before cutting, if desired.

FROSTING:

1 lb. chocolate chips
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Stir remaining chocolate mixture into sour cream. Add vanilla and salt. Cool, frost brownies.
