BANANA COCONUT CRUNCH 
4 egg whites
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. nuts
Several bananas
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
Whipped cream

Mix egg whites with sugar and beat until fluffy. Add cracker crumbs, coconut, nuts and raisins. Stir well and put in a pie pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Let cool and put a layer of sliced bananas and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle top with nuts or graham cracker crumbs.
