OYSTER DRESSING 
3 med. onions
4 cloves garlic
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 loaf stale French bread
3 dozen oysters
2 ribs celery
1/2 bell pepper
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch green onions
1 stick butter

Saute onions and garlic in butter until transparent. In another pan, fry ground beef and ground pork until done. Add to onion and garlic. Soak French bread in water; then squeeze water out. Add to meat and onions. Add egg. Add parsley, green onions, green pepper and celery. Add oysters. Season to taste. Can be stuffed in turkey or baked in casserole.
