KIELBASA AND POTATOES 
8 slices bacon
2 lg. onions, chopped
6 lg. potatoes, cubed (peeled or unpeeled)
1 Polish Kielbasa
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1" squares

In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside bacon. Put potatoes, onions and peppers into frying pan; coat with bacon drippings. Cut kielbasa into 1/2 inch slices.

Combine kielbasa, potatoes, onions and peppers in a baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes, onions and peppers are tender, about 30-45 minutes. Uncover for last 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon bits when ready to serve.

This was aaaammmazing! It took a lot longer to bake for me but was well worth it. I did add seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper.
