NEVER FAIL FRUITCAKE 
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. pitted dates or raisins
1 lb. chopped pecans
2 cans condensed milk
1 (14 oz.) bag angel flaked coconut
3 heaping tbsp. self-rising flour

Be sure to weigh ingredients.

Combine first 4 ingredients and coconut in a large bowl. Mix well with hands, stir in flour then add milk. Lightly grease and line with wax paper a 10 inch tube pan. Pack firmly into pan. Bake 90 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove from oven. Cool on rack.
