OVEN FRIED FISH 
2 lbs. fish (fillets or steaks)
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt (opt.)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Mix salt and pepper in milk. Dip fish in milk mixture. Roll in bread crumbs. Place on oiled shallow baking pan. Sprinkle top with melted butter. Bake in very hot oven 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Serves 6.
