LEMON SOLE PARISIENNE 
2 lb. sole or flounder
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Grease baking dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper on dish. Put 1/2 of onions in dish. Lay fish flat on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix wine and cream; pour over fish. Sprinkle 1/2 bread crumbs, onions, parsley and the rest of the bread crumbs. Pour melted butter on top. Bake for 1/2 hour or until done.
