MUSTARD FISH BAKE 
1 lb. fish fillets (flounder, sole, scrod)
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. each vinegar, Worcestershire sauce & lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of white pepper
1/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. paprika
Parsley & lemon wedges for garnish

Spray shallow casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange fillets in 1 layer. In small bowl combine rest of ingredients except bread crumbs, paprika and garnish. Pour over fish, let stand 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Sprinkle fish with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake fillets about 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Garnish and serve. Serves 3 to 4.
