BAKED LIMAS | |
1 lb. dried baby limas 1/2 c. butter, melted 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. molasses 1 c. sour cream Soak beans overnight. Drain and add fresh water. Simmer until soft. Combine butter, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and molasses. Drain beans and mix with brown sugar mixture in casserole. Fold in sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
