PEA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) frozen peas
1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
1/4 c. sliced black olives

DRESSING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix dressing and fold into above.
