BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. frozen broccoli (cut broccoli, no spears)
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. Cheese Whiz
1/2 sm. onion
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 tsp. butter (optional)

Boil broccoli until tender. Drain broccoli; add Cheese Whiz to broccoli in casserole dish, mixing thoroughly; add milk; add rice; add onions; add cream of chicken soup; add butter. Mix thoroughly. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
