PEROGEES 
1 lg. cabbage
1 lb. fresh ground pork
1 box Minute Rice
1 lb. hamburg
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice as directed and set aside. Boil cabbage whole for 30 minutes. Cool. Separate leaves. In skillet mix together hamburg, pork, chopped onion and salt and pepper. Cook until meat is brown. Then add cooked rice.

Fill separated leaves, largest ones, with meat mixture. Roll leaf, and place in baking pan. Add 1 cup of water to leaves. Then use smallest cabbage leaves to cover rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Watch closely to prevent burning. If necessary, add a little more water.
