BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 to 3 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
3 to 4 lbs. sirloin, cut into 1 in. pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. red cooking wine
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
Fresh minced parsley
Hot cooked noodles

Saute onion in butter for 3 to 5 minutes. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides. Stir in mushrooms and saute for another 3 minutes. Add next 6 ingredients. Stir well. Simmer until steak is tender, approximately 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and parsley. Serve over hot noodles. Yield: 8 servings.
