2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. flour

Melt chocolate and butter. Beat eggs. Mix in sugar. Stir in chocolate mixture. Fold in flour and vanilla. Heat waffle iron to medium-low. Drop by spoonsful onto waffle iron. Close lid and bake 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Cool. Can spread with chocolate frosting.
