PIG TATERS 
6 lg. baking potatoes
1 lb. sausage

Wash potatoes, bore a hole into potato about the size of big finger, stuff with sausage. Wrap in foil and bake until potato is well done. This is a meat stretcher and so good on a cold winter day.

We made them in the hot coals of our campfire turning them about every 15 minutes. We peeled them before we stuffed and wrapped and they came out golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. Very tasty!
