SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. salmon, cooked
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. onion, chopped

Mix ingredients and mold into loaf. Put in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with creamed peas right before serving.

CREAMED PEAS:

Frozen peas
Milk
Flour

Cook until mixture thickens.
