CREAMY FROZEN SALAD 
2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. sliced maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 banana, sliced

Blend cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into quart mold or cupcake fillers and set in cupcake pans. Freeze. Serves 8.
