CHILI 
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 lb. ground beef
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
1 green pepper, diced
Dash of bay leaf flakes
Dash of basil
Dash of oregano
Dash of rosemary
3 garlic cloves
2 (12 oz.) tomato sauce
3 tomato paste
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, broken up and 1/2 drained
2 (12 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of ginger
Dash of allspice
Dash of curry
Dash of cinnamon
6 shakes Tabasco
4 tbsp. chili powder
Red pepper
2 sm. cans green chilies

Brown sausage and beef and drain well. Saute onion, celery, and green pepper in butter; add bay leaf flakes, basil, oregano, rosemary, and garlic. Put rest of ingredients on crock pot. Add all ingredients. Cook 12-15 hours in crock pot.
