PINEAPPLE PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. nuts
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and pour into two medium bread pans. Bake 1 hour. Cool, wrap in foil until time to use.
