CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. dressing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
Chicken broth
2 c. or more cooked chicken breasts
3 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion (grated)
1/2 c. green peppers (chopped)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. red pimento
1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
3 c. potato chips (crushed)
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix dressing with broth according to package directions. Press into large baking dish. Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese. Toss lightly and spoon onto dressing in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with potato chips and cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
