PEACH TORTE 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. peach Jello
7 peaches, peeled & sliced

Mix first five ingredients and press in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Make filling and cool, dump on the baked crust and cool. Top with Cool Whip. Very refreshing treat!
